The mission of the Nebraska Chapter of ATD is to enhance member’s abilities to develop talent and support clients and organizations in our local and global communities.  Survey results from our chapter members indicate a strong need for professional development for individuals in talent development roles at all levels.
 
Programs provided give an opportunity for members to network, share ideas and reconnect with the talent development industry.  Information covered should provide key take-aways for members to apply to their individual business needs.

  • Free exposure to 350 + members
  • A program overview in the ATD Nebraska newsletter and website
  • Ability to share your expertise with the community
  • Presentation forum for approximately 35-75 participants.
  • Compensation of $100 for the keynote program or a 1-year ATD Nebraska membership and $50
  • ATD Nebraska will "like" your Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn media
  • Qualifications – years of experience
  • Facilitation and training style/techniques reflective of ATD International
  • Learning objectives meet the needs of members
  • Relevant deliverable tools
  • Deliver method reflects best practices of latest research and material

Proposal Submission Guidelines
  1. Proposal must be submitted by downloading the Request for Proposal form (click the Word document link below).
  2. If submitting more than one proposal, please complete a separate Request for Proposal form.
  3. Refrain from selling from the podium.
Only proposals meeting these guidelines will be included in the review process.
Time Frame
The 2017 programs will run from January through November, with the exception of July, and will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Scott Conference Center located at 6450 Pine Street. A combination of morning, noon, and evening meetings are offered. Each program will be scheduled according to the availability of the speaker and best fit of topic determined by our Programming Committee. Each monthly program is 90-minutes in length, including: 30-minutes for networking and a meal and a 55-minute keynote presentation that includes time for activities and questions. Based on topic and membership needs, a 2- or 3-hour workshop may be provided after the keynote.
