The Board of Directors for ATD Nebraska is interested in ensuring they have diversity of thought in their cohort group. While many of the members of the board have an instructional design or eLearning background, they recognize there are many more professionals, spread across all industries, who have a vested interest and energy in developing employees through a variety of means such as training, apprenticeship, monitoring, coaching, stretch projects, awareness and leadership development.
There are currently two open positions on the ATD Nebraska Board of Directors which the group is dedicated to filling with professionals who are passionate about learning and development, but do not necessarily work in dedicated training positions in their company.
Our Secretary requires a support of the organization's vision and mission, the ability to apply structure and effective communication related to board meetings.
Our Director of Communications position requires consistent and creative writing skills. This position is responsible for setting the tone and voice for the chapter.
