PERK UP your mentoring network and join us for an “after-hours coffee” social and discussion. Warm your soul and schmooze with other talent and development professionals who are interested in mentoring or finding the perfect mentor.

With five generations in the workforce, mentoring can be a valuable resource for both the new employee, recent graduate, or the knowledge and history a tenured employee can bring to a new relationship. In addition, being a mentee or a mentor can increase your success rate within your organization! We all learn from each other!
