You can’t transform a team or an organization until you’ve transformed yourself. That’s the idea behind Transforming Leaders The Sandler Way by Dave Arch, and the focus of this workshop.

Dave will focus on:

Personal Power: your understanding of the abilities and special skills that have made your past successes possible.
Conviction: your ability to communicate in a positive way about what you think and feel strongly about.
Charisma: your ability to connect effectively, quickly, and deeply with others.
Courage: Your ability to feel secure in a situation and make other feel secure.
Ethics; your willingness to act in accordance with clear, consistent principles that connect to a sense of right and wrong.
Expertise: the practical, specific wisdom that causes others to say, “Wow! I didn’t see it that way.”

Dave is an internationally acclaimed keynote and workshop presenter. He has invested the past 10 years of his career as an Executive Management Coach – establishing a nationally-recognized mentoring program for Tenaska, Inc., Nebraska’s largest privately held company. Additionally, Dave has worked with many other businesses in various industries, throughout the United States, including: McDonalds, Pfizer, Eli Lily, Union Pacific, First National Bank, Taiwan Semiconductor, Pampered Chef, Valmont Industries, Kimberly Clarke, Disney, and The Internal Revenue Service.
