It is focused on educating your customers on the importance of objectives and using objectives throughout the design and development of your training.

Utilize objectives to keep training content relevant and on track

Bern is a program manager for training content at Union Pacific. He is focused on engaging and relevant instructional design work based off business requirements identified during the needs analysis and objectives developed to meet those requirements.
