Virtual Workshop Description:

How's the health of your organization's virtual training? Is it as successful as it can be? Are your learners actively engaged in your online classes? Are your facilitators fully prepared? Are your designs interactive? Are your administrative processes seamless? Are you achieving measurable results? Join this session to learn a five-step "prescription" for virtual training success.

You'll learn proven strategies and techniques to make your organization's live online learning more effective. You'll use a rating sheet to assess your own virtual programs and create an individual action plan. You will leave this session with practical tips, strategies, and checklists that can be applied right away to improve your virtual training classes.

In-Person Program Description:

In this live, facilitated conversation, we will process the virtual training event that you experienced earlier in the day. What worked? What didn't? How did it compare to other virtual training experiences you've had? How does it compare to the virtual training offered by your organization? We'll spend time discussing virtual training best practices and what it takes to have effective live online events.

You'll also have a chance to see HDR's virtual training room, and explore its features.

Note: The prerequisite for the lunch program session is attending the morning workshop session.
