Chances are your next colleague will have life experiences that are quite different from your own. She may be a refugee or a Southerner, a graduate or dropout, a felon or homeless. Welcome to today’s world.

Your company has been preparing for this new workforce for years. What evidence do you have that you’re ready for it? How much further do you have to go toward truly accepting and adapting to a diverse workforce? What programs are helping to move your employees along?

You can actually measure your progress and answer these questions. We will share a model (IDC) and an assessment survey (IDI) that you can use to chart your progress toward becoming a more inclusive organization. We will discuss how to use this data to help employees navigate a complex work environment resulting from an increasingly multicultural society.
