Rapids: Definition: Section of a river where the current speeds up and flows turbulently over and around boulders, ledges, shallows, dropoffs;  whitewater.

In this practical, interactive, high energy workshop, learn the predictable human dynamics of change and how to maximize focus and positive energy in the midst of rapid change.
