ASTD-Lincoln: Water Cooler Talk: Hydration for Success & Annual Member Awards

THE LEARNING EVENT
Just as hydration is vital to our overall health and wellness, distilled water cooler talk is hydration for business success. Water cooler talk provides the essential nutrients needed for solution-minded communication and that "wow" customer experience with our internal and external customers. During our time together we will learn, challenge, inspire, motivate, and encourage one another toward customer service excellence and discover what it takes to build loyal and long-lasting relationships.

You will learn:

• Tips to attain solution-minded communication
  
• 15 ways to establish long-lasting and loyal customer relationships
  
• This is not your typical presentation, at least not when it comes to getting "rewarded" to attend. Yes, you will be "sweetly rewarded" for your attendance, so make the December ASTD meeting a priority on your calendar! You will have more fun than you thought and come away with new ideas and inspiration!

1st/2nd Time Guests:
1st/2nd time guests may attend at the member rate when registering with an existing member. Prospective guests who do not know an ASTD-Lincoln member are invited to contact a Board member to register as a guest with him or her.
