    Join us in understanding and deep diving into Gallup strengths and then deep dive into your own strengths in our workshop following the program.

    Amy Gizinski

    Amy Gizinski, owner/president of Strengths Ignited, LLC, is a strengths coach, who helps organizations build high performance teams by leveraging strengths. Amy has worked with numerous individuals to own their strengths and align their energy and talents in their career. Her strengths-based leadership approach has also been used to develop team members and lead organizational change and team building efforts. She has worked with organizations ranging from startups to small, privately held organizations to Fortune 1000 companies, including Oriental Trading Company and Deluxe Corporation.

    Heidy Behrens, Senior Director of Sales at CD2 Learning, oversees regional marketing and sales strategies. Because of her experience and success in the industry, she was recruited as a partner of CD2 Learning. A highly accomplished sales professional, Behrens works with key account management; demonstrating her depth in the area of product and systems knowledge, along with strengths in negotiating and business assessment. With a keen ability to understand and solve clients' needs, Behrens is known for her ability to establish quality relationships with customers. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach.

    Active in industry networks, she enjoys mentoring and demonstrating innovations in training, L&D and leadership technology. Heidy holds a masters degree from Doane College and a BS from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She resides in Lincoln with her husband, her son and two dogs. Her love of challenges extends into her free time, where you'll her cheering on the side-lines as her son participates in the sport of the season.

Each of the 2018 ATD Nebraska programs will be held at Blue Cross Blue Shield, 1919 Arksarben Drive, Omaha NE 68180.

There is visitor parking located on the North side of the building. The spaces a limited. Additional free parking can be found in the parking garages to the south of the building between the new hotel construction and the Pacific Life building and on the East side of Aksarben Village by Spirit World and Jones Brother’s.


When entering the building, check in at the Guard’s desk located in the center of the Lobby. They will direct you to the Aksarben Room located on the South side of the Lobby.
