At the 2023 ATD Nebraska Regional Conference, you'll gain useful knowledge and tools within a number of customized professional development tracks. Come join us in Moving Forward Together!

This conference takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 26 and 27, 2023 at Bellevue University from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm each day. Breakfast and lunch are provided with your registration. An optional networking/social event will take place on Tuesday evening for an additional fee.

Megan Torrance is CEO and founder of TorranceLearning, connecting learning strategy to design, development, data and ultimately performance. Megan has over 25 years of experience in learning design, deployment and consulting. Megan and the TorranceLearning team are passionate about sharing what works so they devote considerable time to teaching and sharing about Agile project management for learning design, racial equity, and xAPI & learning analytics.

Megan is the author of Agile for Instructional Designers, Data & Analytics for Instructional Designers, and Making Sense of xAPI. She is also a Facilitator with eCornell's Women's Executive Leadership certificate, and courses in virtual teaming, team leadership and communication.

Dr. Terrence D. Duncan is the author of the books The Four Fits of Holistic Growth, The Four Fits of Dynamic Leadership, and The Mahogany Legacy Project He is also the founder of J.I. Enterprises, a strategic management consulting company. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Walden University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Health Care Management. 

With a commitment towards strategic leadership, human resources, project management, and leadership, Dr. Duncan has published in numerous academic journals and international publications, as well as being a panelist for several esteemed academic and professional conferences throughout the U.S. His academic and professional interests include human capital development, strategic leadership, risk management, project management, and diversity programming.
