The Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification is focused on basic knowledge across talent development and is great for early-career professionals wanting to make their mark on the profession. The Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification (formerly CPLP) has been around for 15 years and earners demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and ability to apply and analyze talent development concepts to real-world case studies. Both certifications can serve a purpose in your career progression and you can learn how to take the first step in this presentation.
