Meet our May Member of the Month: Emily Densberger

Tell us about your experience in the Talent Development space or what you would like to do. Places you’ve worked, roles you’ve held or want to hold, and organizations you’re a part of.

I have experience in the Talent Development space as an instructional designer with Fortis Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare staffing organization serving offices across Nebraska, Arizona, and California. In my role, I create onboarding programs, training resources, process documentation, LMS learning experiences, and performance support materials for teams across the organization.

In addition to my professional work, I serve on the board for Association for Talent Development Nebraska Chapter, where I support professional development and engagement initiatives for talent development professionals across the state. I’m passionate about building learning cultures, improving employee experiences, and helping people grow into high-performing, empowered contributors.

Looking ahead, I’m especially interested in continuing to grow in leadership within talent development, learning strategy, organizational development, and workforce enablement.

What are some of your interests, strengths, and unique qualities that would help others get to know you better?

I’m passionate about helping people grow, build confidence, and succeed through meaningful learning experiences. I genuinely enjoy creating structure out of complexity and designing training that feels practical, engaging, and empowering rather than overwhelming. A lot of my work and personal interests center around human development, communication, emotional intelligence, and creating positive experiences for others.
