This upbeat, interactive workshop provides practical tools to aid with business changes and the problems that follow. Through real-time engagement and interaction, participants will be able to share problems that they are facing in the workplace. They will have the opportunity to learn how to use the tools necessary to solve their specific issues when dealing with change.

Specifically, participants will:

Discuss and share common challenges when leading teams through change.
Discover how perceptions impact behaviors during change.
Leave with a new tool to help define the best solutions to support change.

About the Speaker

Michelle Eledge, speaker and consultant, got her start at Bellevue University in 2004 also earning a Masters degree in Communications. Over the last twenty years she has been a project manager, headed up several departments, consults and speaks on leading through organizational transformation and change. Using her unique, interactive, and enthusiastic approach, Michelle shares tools and aids in shifting perceptions, which clear a path for leaders to easily find and implement solutions.
