Orientation is facilitated by members of ATD Nebraska's Membership team.
During this in-person session, Terry will take attendees beyond the assessment results and into meaningful development. Titled “From Assessments to Action,” the presentation focuses on helping employees translate their psychometric data into practical growth strategies. Drawing from years of experience and certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, and Emergenetics, Terry will demonstrate how to map assessment insights to real-world skills and abilities. Participants will walk away with tools to create actionable development plans, uncover deeper value in assessments, and leverage their strengths with purpose.

Terry is a speaker and coach for his company, TLSpeaks. With over 18 years of experience empowering high-potential employees and managers, Terry is a passionate advocate for leadership that begins with self-awareness. Whether training, coaching, or speaking, Terry brings a dynamic presence and a clear message: the best leaders know themselves deeply, lead with empathy, and inspire those around them.

Please come prepared to share how your organization integrates continuous learning into its operations. Liz will share what her organization is doing to cultivate a culture of growth and learning.
Liz Brumels is an established Talent Development Leader and she is on a mission to encourage and equip others to follow their passion. She is currently the Organizational Development Program Manager for CSG. Liz specializes in creating and facilitating impactful leadership development and employee engagement programs. Liz is a Certified Professional in Talent Development and serves on the board of Omaha Organization Development Network. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and ornery dog.
