Providing Feedback
Presented by Alison Haider
Course preview:
Is there a science to providing feedback? This 90-minute interactive session brings awareness to one of the most important leadership activities - providing feedback. Feedback is a method of communication between employee and leader in which both parties dialogue expectations, measure progress against goals and discuss ways to improve. During this dynamic session, leaders discover why many attempts at feedback fail. They learn a tool for ensuring that the feedback they provide, whether positive or corrective, has the best possible chance for success.
