Our ATD Nebraska Regional Conference is a one day in-person event offering many different break-out sessions throughout the day as well as full group sessions at the start and end of the conference. This conference offers tailored professional development tracks and participants discover essential tools and insights for continuous learning, adaptability, and growth. This also gives ATD members the opportunity to network within their fields and develop contacts they can use in the future. The Conference takes place during odd-numbered years. Our next Regional Conference will be September 2027.

What to Expect:

1. Presenters need to prepare anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes of material for attendees at different break-out sessions through-out the day.

2. Audience could be both ATD and non-ATD members, ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership, including independent contractors.

Trainer's Institute, also known as TI, is a comprehensive 4-part series of full-day in-person sessions centered on the core competencies of the ATD Professional Capability Model. Sessions provide hands-on learning opportunities for immediate application. TI caters to both new Talent Development (TD) professionals and individuals aiming to recharge their skills. TI is held every two years during even-numbered years. Having just wrapped up our 2026 Trainer's Institute, Our next TI will be held in the fall of 2028.

What to Expect:

1. Presenters need to prepare materials and activities for a full day.

2. Audience could be both ATD and non-ATD members, ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership, including independent contractors.

These monthly sessions run 60-90 minutes in length, cover industry-related topics and are held in various formats, including virtual-only, hybrid*, and in-person. We are always looking for future program speakers and, if you are selected, we can work around your schedule.
