The Julie Durmaskin Professional Education Scholarship
History
Julie Durmaskin strived for both personally and professionally for herself, her family, and the community. Following her mission, funds from the ATD Nebraska Julie Durmaskin Professional Education Scholarship are used to help active members of ATD Nebraska pursue additional professional education. The fund helps enhance careers and advance the field of workplace learning and performance.
Purpose
The purpose of the ATD Nebraska Julie Durmaskin Professional Education Scholarship is to encourage the professional development of ATD Nebraska members.
Eligibility
Applicants must be active and involved members of ATD Nebraska (in good standing) and demonstrate a financial need. Members can submit one scholarship request per calendar year. Student members requesting a scholarship need to have been active in the mentoring program or involved at the committee level.
Scholarships are awarded for:
- ATD Nebraska/ATD-Lincoln programs that exceed $100
- ATD National conferences or certificate programs
- WLP-related courses, certifications, workshops and related expenses (books/fees)
