Who will lead your organization tomorrow and beyond? How are you preparing and developing these leaders?

Emerging leaders already have many qualities of a leader without being in a formal leadership role. Focusing on your emerging leaders will allow your organization to reap the benefits today and well into the future.

During this session, we will explore:

- The importance of focusing on emerging leaders
- How to identify emerging leaders
- Essential skills that lead to the success of emerging leaders
- Implementing emerging leader programs

The end in mind is to take away ideas and best practices from both the research and your peers to determine how to best identify, develop, and retain your organization's future leaders.
