Leveraging experience in the training world and organizational development world, this presentation is a quick – but deep – dive into the “variables” around mobile training, specifically exploring how to keep what organizations are already doing with their training in tact, but add on mobile as a new delivery channel.

Jay Goss
Jay Goss is the President of WellCaster. Prior to his role with WellCaster (at the time, it was a true-blue start-up), Jay has worked with a number of early stage companies. He was the General Manager of ExecuSurv, a tech company that pioneered the concept of using the Internet as a delivery mechanism for employee surveys and 360 degree feedback programs. His clients included Cox Communication, Hurley International, SAIA Motor Freight, General Dynamics, Accenture, Verizon, Disney, Sears, TaylorMade-adidas Golf and Sony, all of which utilized the company’s proprietary technology and/or retained the company to implement leadership development programs. ExecuSurv formally became part of the TRACOM Group as part of a strategic joint venture.
