About the Speaker: Debbie Petru
Debbie Petru is a HR Training Delivery Manager with UP’s Workforce Resources. Debbie is certified in Emergenetics and The Challenger Sale and develops innovative teaching tools tailored to adult learning preferences and communication styles. She is the program manager for Managers on Track (first-time managers training), Emergenetics, Challenger, and the Employee Resource Group (ER) liaison for training requests. She received her BA in Communication from UNO and her MA in Managerial Communication from Bellevue University. She enjoys listening to audio books, trying new foods and recipes, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Scott, and two-year-old daughter, Nyah.
