The Learning Leaders Form is a monthly networking of top decision makers from across the state of Nebraska ideating and sharing challenges and wins from their perspective in the latest talent development industry trends. These monthly meetings draw together ATD Nebraska chapter members and community leaders who are Talent Development professionals in mid- to senior-level leadership positions at their organizations. For this forum only, chapter membership is not a requirement.
For July's session, Christy Johnston will lead a discussion on getting the most out of 1:1's throughout our respective organizations. Through preparation, being present, focusing on core areas of conversation, and follow-up, Leaders and Employees can maximize these critical times of connection.
Participants will walk away with knowledge of the purpose of effective 1:1's, identify a simple process and where there may be content opportunities along with specific examples. Be prepared to share your best practices or ways to improve that have worked!
