This Level's Quest:

Join us for an immersive workshop designed specifically for learning and development professionals looking to elevate their instructional design (ID) skills. This interactive, collaborative session delves into the PADDIE model for instructional design, with a particular emphasis on the often-underestimated P, the preparation phase, which sets the stage for a successful instructional design project. Not sure what the other letters stand for? Don’t worry, we’ll explore those, too! You’ll examine comprehensive resources and tools, and apply them to a small-scale ID project that you and your classmates create during the workshop. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the skills and tools to apply PADDIE to a real-world ID project at your workplace.
