Speaker Bio:
Scott Montgomery joined Eagle’s Flight in June of 2002 as a Facilitator and Vice President in charge of Special Projects. He primarily works with leadership teams, providing both training and coaching as well as business planning strategies to achieve results.
Prior to joining Eagle's Flight, Scott acquired 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held a number of senior management positions with companies including Multi-Path Communications, London Telecom Group, Primus Telecommunications and most recently Canquest Communications. Throughout his career, Scott has also operated a variety of successful private enterprises.
Currently Scott gives direction to businesses in the real estate industry, renewable energy marketplace, and textile sector through ownership and board involvement.
Scott’s proven track record and strong business background give him a solid understanding of the many challenges faced by businesses in today’s competitive environment.
