It is the responsibility of the board to:

• establish policy for the operations of the Chapter;
• approve the strategic plan, the annual plan and the budget;
• authorize new committees of the Chapter; and
• perform other functions to ensure the success of the Chapter.

Board Eligibility & Expectations

Interested candidates must be members in good standing of ATD Nebraska. If selected, candidates must become ATD members at the National level, if not already. Board members are expected to serve a two-year term. A career in the Talent Development field is preferred. We will do our best to connect you to a role with responsibilities that match your skillset.

Selection Process

Complete the form below. A nominating committee will review all applications, conduct interviews, and nominate candidates for the proposed slate of officers. Results will be announced to candidates by mid-October and announced to the general membership at the October chapter meeting.  Newly elected and appointed officers will begin orientation and attending leadership meetings beginning in late October.
