Knowing who you are affects how you work, communicate, and lead. Join Tina Bakehouse, Chief Communicator of Tina B. LLC, a public speaking and storytelling coaching company for an engaging workshop that explores our four core temperaments. Come away with insights for how we can understand one another and communicate and lead with power.

Our personalities are made of both temperament and character. Temperament refers to our innate traits, which affects our behavior. We are born to be and do certain skills with ease, and our character is nurtured by the environments in which we live and the people in our lives. Who we are affects how we work, communicate, and lead. Whether you’re a healthcare professional, educator, in sales, or any other profession, understanding your authentic speaker and working style helps you communicate effectively with others. During this workshop, participants will engage in active discussion, thoughtful activities, and take home communication strategies to discover how to be more intentional and communicate more effectively in professional relationships.

Participants will

  • Classify the four core temperaments and different communication behaviors
  • Explore their temperament
  • Give examples of different temperaments they encounter at work
  • Apply what they learn about temperament for future professional interactions
