Instructional Design Trailblazer of the Year
This award honors an exceptional ATD Nebraska chapter member for their forward-thinking and pioneering contributions in the field of instructional design. Their endeavors reflect a commitment to excellence, innovative thinking about learner engagement, and creative content presentation. This contribution can be in their community, workplace, or the ATD Nebraska chapter. This award uses a self-nomination process.
To nominate yourself, submit the following information by email to Sunni Wiltse at presidentelect@atdnebraska.org by midnight on Friday, December 20, 2024.
• Your name, job title, and company
• The title of your instructional design project and the type of training product (e-learning course, instructor-led class, curriculum, program, job-aid, etc.)
• A short (250 words or less) description of your project and its objectives
• 2-5 images to represent the final product
ATD Nebraska Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the number of nominees. Selected nominees will have their projects showcased during the ATD Nebraska Chapter Winter Social in January 2025. Attendees will cast their votes at the event to determine the winner of the Instructional Design Trailblazer of the Year Award.
Nominations can be made by business leaders in Nebraska or ATD Nebraska members.Excellence in Learning Leadership This award recognizes a chapter member who provided strong vision, guidance, execution, and leadership support to their team during the current year. Nominations can be for those who served on the ATD Nebraska board or led a board committee or those who served their company/organization in a leadership role within the talent development space. | Learning & Development Innovator of the Year This award recognizes an ATD Nebraska member for an outstanding and innovative contribution in the areas of training and development or learning and performance. This contribution can be in their community, workplace, or within the ATD Nebraska chapter. Nominations can be made by business leaders in Nebraska or ATD Nebraska members. |
Leading Organization in Workplace Learning This award recognizes a Nebraska company with under 100 employees that is dedicated to providing effective learning programs for their employees. | Leading Organization in Workplace Learning |

Learning Champion The Ultimate Learning Champion recognizes the company whose write-up for the Employee Learning Week challenge stands out. Details on the Employee Learning Week challenge and how to participate can be found HERE. |
