Presenters: Mike Freel & Jon Borton
________________________________________________________________________
Everywhere you look, organizations are either developing their own or hiring management consultants to deliver quality leadership development training. However, for rural Critical Access Hospitals, finding the time and resources to obtain this training can be too overwhelming.
In this program, we’ll discuss how a long-term partnership between Bellevue University and the Nebraska Hospital Association has supported a progressive model for the development and delivery of a 10-month leadership development program that has positively affected more than 225 hospital leaders from across the state.
The focus of this program will be on the continuous improvement of content and delivery, and the creation of a progressive partnership model for training.
