Meet The Speaker

Emily Blodgett

Emily Blodgett is the Director of Organizational Development at First National Bank.  Emily is an executive facilitator for strategic and business planning process at the leadership level.  She is accountable for First National’s Talent Review Process, High Potential Program, Coaching Program, Succession Planning and Change Management. 

Prior to joining First National, she was a marketing manager at ConAgra Foods, worked at Union Pacific Railroad and at the Southwestern Publishing Company in Nashville, Tennessee.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and an MBA from University of Nebraska Omaha and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Nebraska Lincoln.
