About the Presenter
Bern Mendick has worked in numerous training and organizational development roles since 2009. He started his training career by providing new hire orientation and his training exposure grew quickly over the next few years. He also managed logistics and content management for many audiences including operating professionals and health care leaders, including physicians and executives.
In his current role of Instructional Designer at Union Pacific, he manages training offerings and support related to safety and regulatory processes, employee engagement, leadership competencies, continuous improvement, and a number of various customer requests within the talent development group utilizing Captivate, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and a handful of other development tools for training solutions.
He has been a member of ATD Nebraska since 2015.
