Trainer's Institute

Trainer’s Institute (TI) is a multi-part learning series focused on the four core skills in the ATD Professional Capability Model: Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Facilitation, and Evaluating Impact. Each session includes a learning and workshop format, allowing participants to put their new skills to real-world use right away! TI is a perfect train-the-trainer program for professionals who are new to their journey in the field of Talent Development (TD). It is also great for existing TD professionals looking to brush up on the basics. All attendees will drive away with knowledge and skills to create the processes, systems, and framework that foster learning, maximize individual performance, and develop the capacity and potential of employees.
