As a designer or developer of training products, do you ever feel like a part of your job is herding cats? Do the stakeholders seem to be focused on everything but the tasks you need them to do to help you create that training product you’ve been assigned to deliver? Do you have the right people participating in the process? Do they understand exactly what you need from them?

This workshop will help you identify important stakeholders in the training development process and clarify how each can provide support. In the workshop, you will also explore communication methods and project management techniques you can use to ensure stakeholders know and fulfill their roles and responsibilities.

This is a lunch-and-learn event. Your meal is compliments of Home Instead. Please email directortechnology@atdnebraska.org with any dietary restrictions.
