Join us for an opportunity to learn how to develop talent with peer learning groups. Discover the power of peer learning groups as we explore how they can drive leadership development and transformative change.

What to expect:

  • Learn best practices, and successful design and implementation strategies.

  • Discover how peer learning groups allow you to develop broad, horizontal initiatives quickly and affordably.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop learning events/interventions using peer learning in groups
  • Apply peer group learning design and deployment best practices
  • Able to evaluate the impact of peer group learning sessions
During this session participants will be invited to practice peer group learning in break out rooms and we will supply a demo of the peer learning discussion guide on the theme of "Accountability: It's a Tricky World".
