Have you heard the news!? ATD Nebraska is now a SHRM Recertification Provider! You asked for it and we delivered. This virtual event is our first event to offer PDCs.

Free webinar for ATD Nebraska members The talent development profession demands that we become educational consultants and not merely order takers. Whether you are a team of one or twelve, role clarity is paramount in this field to influence your customers or stakeholders, whether your project is beginning or needs to implement sustainability. The Six Boxes Model provides a relatable, visual metaphor to define the division of responsibilities ranging from expectations and feedback to skills and knowledge of desired content. Establish boundaries of accountability and ensure your curriculum infuses the learning preferences of your participants.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify two key responsibilities of talent development professionals, using the Six Boxes Model.
  • Determine the best approach to hold stakeholder(s) accountable in establishing learner expectations.
  • Recognize at least two potential communication styles to optimize learning from a set curriculum.
  • Distinguish at least three adult learning preferences, based on seven unique thinking and behavioral attributes.
