SPEAKER BIO:

Steve Lang is a 25+ year veteran in the L&D field, serving in roles as Instructional Designer, Learning Manager, and Measurement and Evaluation Leader. He is currently a Principal Consultant with Explorance where his role is to help clients think both strategically and tactically about what they are measuring, why, and how to use the results to tell stories with their data about how learning is impacting business outcomes.
