When employees are asked what would enhance their experience at work, two needs stand out: clearer communication and more effective leadership.

In this session, we’ll focus on how to build the leadership skills that matter most by using the power of emotional intelligence.

You’ll learn about building empathetic leadership skills by using mindfulness to strengthen self-awareness and self-regulation.

You’ll also learn practical ways to improve communication and engage with others with greater empathy and clarity.
