Heidy Behrens, Senior Director of Sales at CD2 Learning, oversees regional marketing and sales strategies. Because of her experience and success in the industry, she was recruited as a partner of CD2 Learning. A highly accomplished sales professional, Behrens works with key account management; demonstrating her depth in the area of product and systems knowledge, along with strengths in negotiating and business assessment. With a keen ability to understand and solve clients' needs, Behrens is known for her ability to establish quality relationships with customers. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach.
Active in industry networks, she enjoys mentoring and demonstrating innovations in training, L&D and leadership technology. Heidy holds a masters degree from Doane College and a BS from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She resides in Lincoln with her husband, her son and two dogs. Her love of challenges extends into her free time, where you'll her cheering on the side-lines as her son participates in the sport of the season.
